乾 友彦 （いぬい ともひこ）

学習院大学国際社会科学部 教授

1962年生まれ。1985年、一橋大学経済学部卒業。1990年、Johns Hopkins大学大学院・経済学研究科前期課程修了。日本政策投資銀行、日本大学経済学部教授を経て、1993年から1996年にInternational Energy Agency、2008年から2012年に内閣府統計委員会担当室に出向。経済産業研究所ファカルティフェロー、財務総合研究所客員研究員を兼務。専門分野：経済発展論、国際経済学

楊 起中 （よう きちゅう）

東洋大学経済学部 准教授

1989年中国江蘇省生まれ。2018年、大阪大学大学院経済学研究科博士後期課程修了、博士（経済学）。日本学術振興会特別研究員PD、青山学院大学経済学部助教、東洋大学経済学部講師を経て、2024年より現職。
